Instructions

  1. Re-read the article “Courts are using AI to sentence criminals. That must stop now” by Jason Tashea (2017).

 

  1. If you have not already done so, complete a Critical Analysis: Evaluation Checklist (see Blackboard à Learning Materials à Week 9).

 

  1. Type and double-space one critical analysis paragraph.
  • Your critical analysis paragraph should analyze and evaluate one claim and the support the author has used to back it up.

 

  1. Include a McGill Guide style footnote or endnote every time you refer to information from the article.

 

  1. Include your name and student ID in the header and a title centred above your paragraph.

 

  1. Proofread and edit your assignment before submitting it.

 

  1. Print your assignment and submit it along with your Critical Analysis: Evaluation Checklist and any other rough work.
