Communicating Change

The goal of this paper is to convince employees of Sarver Communications to accept these following two policies in an effort to improve company performance.

I would like you to rephrase the following two statements into a positive way. Instead of threatening them (sticks), you need to convince them to be on board with you (carrots).

1 – We passed a Stock Purchase Program, allowing for the EMPLOYEE to purchase Sarver stock at a 15% discount, at Friday’s BOD meeting. Hell will freeze over before this CEO implements ANOTHER EMPLOYEE benefit in this Culture. (Basically it means that the CEO is suspending the stock purchase program).
2 – I am tabling the promotions until I am convinced that the ones being promoted are the solution, not the problem. If you are the problem, pack your bags
