Please please please follow the instructions carefully. The professor it is mostly interested in understanding what kind of SOLUTIONS can we do ( international community) he wants more critical thinking rather than just describing the problems. I am requesting and paying for a better writer just so I can do this good .
So I suggested three topics to the professor and he said that I need to have an argumentative point not so descriptive..

The topics you suggest are good but need to demonstrate or take a position. So consider:
1. Diamonds and OC. This is an issues that has been dealt with but what would you seek to show? If the argument is despite international efforts, conflict diamonds are still being sold on the black market by OC elements then OK
2.) Albanian OC in the UK and Italy is simply descriptive. Yes, we know they are there and engaged in all sorts of activity but what of it? Need to make a point (i.e., Albanian OC is growing stronger in Italy and will supplant traditional Italian groups within 10 years etc.)
3. Human organ trafficking in Kosovo and who benefits from this trade?

This is an assessment of the wider effects of some aspect of organized and transnational crime, so you could look at a specific group, a broad category or a criminal activity (for example, Nigerian 419 scammers, the Latin Kings, organized ivory poachers, Somali pirates, or the Gambino crime family). Your memo ought to be around 1,000 words long (no more than 1,200), not including references and bibliography. It should begin with 2-4 bullet pointed key points, and give equal weight to (a) a brief summary of the group or problem, (b) an assessment of its wider political, economic and/or social impact and (c) recommendations for one or more actions that national or international bodies could adopt to address these.
