- Monitor your development as a professional (metacognitive tools like EI, 5 Minds, etc.)
- Continue your development as an upcoming professional (dispositions)
- Become a global citizen capable of making a contribution as a manager or leader in organizations and the world at large.
Questions you may ask yourself to help you in your reflection include:
- Where am I now?
- Where do I want or need to be?
- How will I get there?
You may wish to use visual representations and other analytical tools such as charts/graphs, concept maps, SWOT Analyses, Force Field Analyses, etc. to assist you during your reflection process.
