For strategic thinking is a method of gathering ideas together about the future for the organization. Strategic thinkers understand what’s happening in the organization and they start to narrow down their ideas. Strategic planning in the other hand is about brainstorming. evaluating changes that have to be made, and decisions have to be made about any product or technology. As of managing strategic momentum is about being able to find solutions to any problem that the organization has. As a management you start collecting data with your team, evaluating performances, and go back to strategic thinking which is coming up with new ideas.
