1. The completed results table-table 2 which I uploaded on a separate Microsoft Word document and which is also in practical booklet- basically, just complete the column labelled ‘Absorbance: A1-A2=A3’. The rest has been done.
2. A plot of concentration of Orlistat versus Absorbance (A3) which I would like you to complete on MICROSOFT EXCEL (please attach it with the completed work). PLEASE Clearly show how the IC50 was estimated on the plot.
3. Estimated IC50 value.
4. Answers to the two questions set out in the spaces provided on the last page of the booklet.
