In the first three chapters of Designing Media, we’ve sat in on fascinating conversations with today’s leaders in digital technology, most of whom specialize in online media. Books, magazines, radio, television, and other forms of mass media have all gone digital, sparking exciting debates over the future of communication. Even our textbook contains three parts: codex, DVD, and website. How different is new media from old? What’s so new about new media?
