I have look through both your assessments.  I have detailed below amendments that are required.

Terminology – Please use the medical dictionary in the resources tab to find the pronunciations requested in the assessment.
Reception –
Exc 5 – Reconsider your response.   Yes, patients have the right to their medical notes but they are not capable of interpreting test results.   Please refer to page 6 of the manual.
Exc 12 – Reconsider the name of the legislation that ensures everyone is treated fairly and not discriminated against.  Refer to  page 5.
Act 1 – Under what circumstances would Mrs Brown’s daughter be able to request information about her mother’s health care.  Consider the 3 reasons when medical information can be divulged.
Appointment Page – Include contact details for all new or returning patients.   Include if the patient is having a long or standard appointment.
Table 1 – use the Medicare Schedule Booklet in the resources tab to find the appropriate rebate for the item number.   Refer to the top of the columns.  Read the description in the Medicare Schedule Booklet to note if it is a consultation or a procedure.
Dr’s fee – Medicare Rebate = Patient Gap
Table 2 – as above.
Quote – Use the Medicare Schedule Booklet to find the in hospital rebate for item number 30373.  Then reconsider the gap amount.
Invoice – Amend the date that Fred  the laparotomy and If Fred has not paid any money to Dr Colon as yet, does he still owe the full amount?
Receipt – Amend the date of the laparotomy, the total amount and include the details of the two payments made on the 20/2/2016.   Amend the referral date .   This should be the same referral date as on your invoice.
Exc 29 – Amend what details need to be on a Workcover invoice.   Refer to page 42 of the training manual.
Insurance Account – Need to include the details for Samantha.  What information identifies her to Hepburn Insurance and tells them she has a current claim?
