Students will watch several films and write a five page reflection on their understanding of developmental tasks and accomplishments which would lead one to exhibit the traits of determination, survival, and strength of these heroes/heroines in the films when faced with abandonment and betrayal. Students will be asked to use two different theories and prepared to discuss their view in class.
