This is a group case study, but I would like some assistance on my portion of the paper. The key issue we are solving is: ″How might Target leverage Cartwheel engage team members to even higher levels of guest service in our stores?″ The attached document is the case study and as a group, we decided the best solution to the problem is to Create a contest (quota) between employees to get more customers to get the cartwheel app. (makes employees more engaging with customers). what I am focusing on is Marketing. Here is a desсrіption of what I need to write about (also states in the case) ″Cartwheel has marketing elements already in it to enhance guest’s shopping experience. What new messages/promotions/branding could help our stores create magical guest-service moments in our stores?″. So I need to incorporate the solution with the desсrіption provided for marketing. Basically, all I need is the body written for the marketing portion and keep it pertaining to how we can keep higher levels of guest service in stores with the solution.
