What will be discussed in the context is about picking one domain from the four key categories of the Nursing and Midwifery Council: The Code(NMC 2015). The four categories are: 1 Prioritise people; 2 Practice effectively; 3 Preserve safety; Promote professionalism. Be able to give an example or a scenario in the hospital setting that will show how i developed my understanding in relation to my nursing practice over the years (from a first year nursing student to a third year and graduating nursing student) with regards to the chosen domain. It is also essential in the chosen scenario to weigh the legal and ethical implications to the nursing practice. Lastly, this essay needs to back up the development and professional growth with some evidences (Published literature). This will show that i have incorporated references to support my professional growth.
