You have been appointed to lead implementation of the second edition of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) in your organisation. Develop a proposal for senior management outlining how you will prepare your organisation in transitioning to the new Standards in order for your organisation to be assessed for accreditation against the new Standards in 2019. Your proposal should identify the implementation resources that you anticipate will be needed during the transition process and an analysis of how you will evaluate your organisation’s readiness for accreditation.
